The Hotel Folk are currently looking for a full-time Head Spa Therapist (to cover a maternity leave) to join their friendly team at Weavers' House Spa, based at The Swan at Lavenham Hotel & Spa.
We are looking for a Head Therapist to work 5 days out of 7 per week (8 hours each day) which will include working every other weekend on a rota basis.

You will support our Spa Manager in the day-to-day running of our award-winning 5-Bubble Spa and provide training, supervision and development to our Spa Therapists delivering inspirational leadership which is dedicated to the details, so that the entire therapy team are able to give our guests a flawless spa experience.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead a team by example, encouraging them to work together cohesively, with the needs of our guests a priority at all times. You must have a minimum of 5 years’ recent experience as a spa therapist with an extensive knowledge of treatment therapies, having an NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent in beauty therapy, as well as reception and supervisory skills to compliment this.
You will have a well-rounded approach to therapy, be able to demonstrate outstanding treatment feedback in previous roles and understand the value of investing in people. The ideal candidate would have a penchant for training and education and spoonfuls of love for the spa industry with a clear goal of career progression.
