Treatment spaces are seamlessly integrated onto the shop floor, requiring a confident and polished professional who can effortlessly transition between consultation, treatment, and curating a personalised retail journey.

You will act as a true brand ambassador — cultivating meaningful client relationships, delivering visible results, and creating memorable, high-touch experiences.

The Ideal Profile
We are seeking an individual who embodies sophistication, confidence, and a genuine passion for luxury skincare:

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (essential)
• A strong background in luxury beauty retail or premium department stores
• A natural ability to drive retail through consultation-led selling
• Poised, engaging, and confident in hosting intimate client workshops and in-store experiences
• A desire to evolve into a more advanced, clinic-led treatment environment
• Highly self-motivated, with the presence and initiative to thrive on the boutique floor
• A mature, positive outlook with impeccable personal presentation

The Experience

• Deliver bespoke, results-driven facial treatments within a discreet yet visible boutique setting
• Create seamless journeys from treatment to retail and retail to treatment
• Engage clients through storytelling, product knowledge, and tailored recommendations
• Host and participate in exclusive events, PR activations, and brand experiences
• Contribute to the elevated atmosphere of a luxury skincare destination

• Salary: From £28,000
• Commission Structure:
  • 1% on retail sales
  • 5% on treatments
• Quarterly Product Allocation: £350 luxury skincare allowance
